Acceptable File Formats:
Mac: Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, distilled PDFs
PC: Publisher, Word, Excell, distilled PDFs

File Transfer Process:
Transferring your files to JJS is a simple process. There are three different methods of transferring your files:
    * E-mail: easy to use, done through your e-mail.
    * Mail: Sent through snail mail.
    * FTP: able to send large files easily through an FTP site.

1. Mail the Files
    a. Files are saved on a Zip Disk, CD ROM, or a Floppy Disk.
    b. Put them in the mail addressed to JJS.
    c. Include your quote number with your order.
    d. We will send a verification e-mail.

2. E-mail the Files
    a. E-mail to web2@jjsdigital.com.
    c. Type in your quote number as the subject.
    d. Then click on the attachment button and attach your files.
    e. Click send. We will then send a verification e-mail.

3. File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
    a. E-mail us at web2@jjsdigital.com.
    b. Type in your quote number as the subject.
    c. We will e-mail you the steps for using the FTP option.
    b. Follow the steps and send the files.
    c. We will send you a verification e-mail.

Payment Policy:
    When we receive your order, we will calculate your total cost and e-mail to you. We will ship your job when we receive payment.
